Not always. If the area is accessible and permissions are sorted, I can carry out most flights without anyone present. For inspections or specific footage, it's good to have someone available for guidance.

Weather can delay flights. If we have to reschedule due to rain or wind, there's no charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a small fee may apply.

It depends on the service. A roof inspection or livestock scan might take 30–60 minutes. A full land survey or video shoot could take a few hours. Editing or processing adds time too, but most jobs are delivered within a few days.

Depending on the job, you'll receive high-res images, stitched maps, 3D models, videos, or reports. Everything is delivered usb or digitally via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or email.
